1. SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE
These Terms govern the use of parking areas managed by the Service Provider. Access tickets are sold by TicketOne S.p.A. as an intermediary acting in the name and on behalf of the Service Provider. TicketOne is solely responsible for the commercial transaction and ticket issuance.
The parking contract is concluded exclusively between the User and the Service Provider. The Service consists of making parking spaces temporarily available, subject to availability.
2. BOOKING AND LICENSE PLATE REGISTRATION
Bookings may be made via TicketOne or other authorized channels. The User must ensure the accuracy of all provided data, including the vehicle license plate where required.
The booking is valid only for the specified date, time slot, and conditions and must be completed sufficiently in advance of entry.
Collection of the parking ticket and presence of the vehicle within the area—also detected via electronic or telematic systems (e.g., cameras or toll devices)—constitutes the conclusion of an implied parking contract limited exclusively to the provision of an unattended parking space.
3. ACCESS TO THE CAR PARK
Access is granted through automatic license plate recognition systems (ANPR) and/or via a TicketOne-issued code (QR/barcode). In case of recognition failure, the User must use available assistance systems.
4. ACCESS TIMES AND USE
Access times may be subject to change due to technical reasons, force majeure, or instructions from authorities.
The User may access the car park within the purchased time window. Any overstaying will incur additional charges based on the applicable rates.
5. EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Exit from the car park terminates the right to use any remaining time. Re-entry and interruption of parking are not permitted. No refunds are provided for unused time.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User must:
comply with all applicable parking rules;
present the access ticket (digital or printed) as required;
follow traffic directions and drive at walking speed;
exercise maximum caution toward pedestrians and other vehicles;
leave the vehicle secured, engine off, and with the parking brake engaged;
park within marked spaces;
perform all maneuvers carefully to avoid damage;
comply with applicable road traffic laws and civil regulations;
allow sufficient time for entry and exit.
Indications regarding preferred routes or access methods (including those issued by authorities) must be considered as operational guidelines. Arena Milano Management S.r.l. is not responsible for external road conditions or traffic changes imposed by authorities.
7. PROHIBITIONS
It is strictly forbidden to:
smoke;
remain parked with the engine running unnecessarily;
bring flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials, including weapons;
use high-beam headlights;
use horns except in danger;
stop in driving lanes;
spill liquids or harmful substances;
bring methane or LPG vehicles into underground parking areas;
tamper with safety or fire equipment;
block emergency exits.
8. UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES
The Operator may remove, without prior notice, vehicles that are improperly parked or exceed the booked duration, at the User’s expense, retaining the right of lien.
Access is prohibited to vehicles exceeding the following limits: 5.00 m (length), 2.50 m (width), 2.10 m (height), including campers and vans.
The car park is for non-professional use only. Professional use (e.g., transport services, shuttles, taxis, NCC, public transport) is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Methane and LPG vehicles are prohibited in underground parking areas.
9. USER LIABILITY
The User is liable for damage caused to the car park, other users, and equipment and must compensate Arena Milano Management S.r.l. accordingly.
The Operator is not liable for damage caused by weather events or force majeure.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The User acknowledges that the parking service is provided without custody or surveillance. Arena Milano Management S.r.l. shall not be liable for theft or damage to vehicles.
11. PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Dedicated parking spaces are available subject to availability and according to the Operator’s rules.
During events, management may be delegated to the event organizer, who will verify eligibility. Users are advised to contact the organizer for availability and booking.
12. PREMIUM PARKING
Premium parking is reserved for holders of specific premium venue packages.
Access requires a valid premium event ticket. The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny access in case of non-compliance. No refunds are provided for lack of eligibility.
13. SECURITY
The Operator may adopt any necessary measures to ensure safety and public order, including exclusion from the service.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data are processed in compliance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
